Calling All West Pasco Weather Watchers
Love to snap photos of storms or sunny days? If so, New Port Richey Patch wants you!
West Pasco’s weather is something that affects us all. From winter tornado watches to summertime thunderstorms and tropical systems, what’s happening outside can have a big impact on how we go about our days.
That’s why New Port Richey Patch is calling on you to help us report what’s happening out there!
We’re looking for some weather watchers to help keep the community informed about conditions on the neighborhood level. If there’s flooding on your street, we want you to tell us and your neighbors about it. Just grabbed a super cool shot of a beautiful sunset or an awesome lightning strike? We want you to share that, too.
Here’s How You Can Help
Here are just a few ways you can help keep West Pasco informed:
- Upload your weather photos to stories and our Pics & Clips Gallery – It only takes a minute or two to share what you’re seeing from your neck of West Pasco with the rest of the community.
- Blog about big weather events and your neighborhood – Really love the weather? Blogging is a fast and easy way you can share what you’re seeing and your photos. Just sign up here.
- Let us know when you spot real problems – Is flooding making it impossible for you to get down a certain street? Maybe winds have knocked over trees in some parts of town? Just email editor Alex Tiegen with the details so we can look into them.
Thanks West Pasco for helping us keep our community informed. And, remember, stay safe out there!
