New Local Option For Those With Heart Concerns
The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the institute’s new location in New Port Richey.
West Pasco residents with heart concerns have a new place to turn for care on the local scene.
The Heart & Vascular Institute of Florida has relocated from Trinity into New Port Richey.
The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce celebrated the move March 7 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new 6633 Forest Ave., Suite 300, location, according to the organization’s Facebook page.
The move was prompted by a desire to be closer to North Bay Hospital, the institute’s website states.
“It will enable us to serve our patients better and more efficiently,” the website says.
Patients can schedule appointment with any of the institute’s five North Bay physicians by calling 727-724-8611.
The physicians are:

- Kerry J. Kaplan, MD, FACC
