If you were in stores buying gifts during the holidays, you might have run into unpleasant experiences, such as long lines, out-of-stock merchandise or bad customer service.

Maybe, on the other hand, you had a positive experience, visiting a store where the sales associates went out of their way to make you happy. Perhaps a friendly postal worker helped you make sure your packages arrived on time.

The customer service I recieved, overall, was outstanding,
but then, I was dealing with small business owners
who were appreciative of my presence and purchases.
