Man Accused of Having Sex with Minor More than 100 Times
The girl was 14 when the encounters began.
A 44-year-old New Port Richey man turned himself into the Pasco County Sheriff's Office Thursday after deputies say he had sexual enocunters with a teen girl more than a 100 times.
According to an arrest report, Mark Richard Jantz had sex with the 17-year-old four or five times in October. In addition, the arrest report stated that Jantz and the girl had multiple encounters between November 2009 and October 2010, in which he would fondle her and she would "masterbate him until he ejaculated."
The girl told deputies that these acts occurred "approximately 100 times," the report stated.
Post-Miranda, Jantz "confessed completely to the crimes," according to the report.
Jantz of 3937 Berwich Drive was charged with unlawful sex with a minor and lewd and lascivious battery. He remained in the Land O' Lakes jail Friday in lieu of $20,000 bond.

The law says it is illegal, but if this girl willingly participated 100 times, she wasn't violated. This shouldn't be rape, it was consentual sex. A seventeen year old girl that masturbates men & lets these men fondle her is actively particitating. We have a legal system, not a justice system. Legally the man is guilty of a crime, but if true justice were to be served, no criminal activity was involved. It can be said that he took advantage of a young girl, but I'm sure the young girl doesn't feel he took advantage of her. If she likes older men, she'll just find another ready, willing, & able 'abuser'. I'm sure she will search till she finds one & it won't be a tough search.
