REMOVE his hands for breaking in and false imprisonment, Remove his eyes because he had to see and REMOVE his genitals. START PROTECTION for WOMEN AND CHILDREN with better laws. Sound like cruel and unusual punishment? Sounds to me like cruel and unusual acts of violence. When will society stop paying for these animals to go to jail and hang out with their family? Let his family take care of him with no hands, eyes and genitals. Should be easy to control him then.
