Nicholas, This is Bridget. I was caring for the Moore girls Aryanna and Makayla at the accident. I visited them last night at Tampa General. They are in good condition and should leave hospital today. Was told by family that Jayden is good, mom has liver laceration and dad was in surgery last night. This is a very sad time. Was there a runaway french fry in there vehicle or what. Why was my post removed?? This is public information that you as a journalist should have provided in your article. Ryan Moore has been in and out of jail on drug charges and domestic abuse. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it is confirmed that he was driving under the influence of something. I'm not sure why your website would not make the public aware of that information. The only victims of this horrible accident are the children and the family of the man who lost his life.

The Florida Highway Patrol has not released information about why Mr. Moore's car crossed lanes. When we get an update, we'll pass it along right away.

I am married to Lance Agin's Uncle. I have read the comments over the past few days since the horrible accident the claimed this wonderful mans life. The whole thing is so tragic and shocking. It still seems unreal. I will always remember Lance as being a true gentleman, I can honestly say I never heard him say anything bad about anyone, he always had a smile on his face and made everyone feel better just being around him, he was so sincere and kind. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and son who must now go on with out him.

Ryan D. Moore was released from a holding cell in Florida 4-16-2013 and placed in the US Marshals custody then transported to West Virginia State Penitentiary & is currently serving for prior charges.

Confirmed, a conviction of 135 months for over 1,000 grams of crack cocaine & up to 90 grams of powder cocaine. Public Information 3-28-2013 also by his attorney attending his appeal trial as he was under medical care in Florida from auto injuries.

Pending charges on other criminal activity in several locations in the USA, It is clear it will be some time before Moore faces the pending multiple charges that is in result to the Agin incident on 3-22-2013.
