Seven Springs Self Storage Crowned Customer Service Champ

We and after weeks of polling to narrow down the field of players, Seven Springs Self Storage has emerged the champion in New Port Richey Patch’s first-ever customer service competition.

The final tally in thewas with 1,040 points to 140.

Seven Springs Self Storage has been managed by Diane Scure and Bill Ferraro for nine months, but it has existed for 14 years.

"We really do try to help our customers the best we can," Scura said.

Scura said that most customers that use the business are in some state of emergency. It has seen clients who could no longer stay in homes or apartments. She said that the business has opened doors after hours, some tomes long after hours, to assist clients.

"I try to comfort them without edging into their business," she said.

The business is also very involved in the community, she said. It has donsted storage space to donations raised for the Pack-A-Sack donation drive, which seeks food items for school children. They are also donating space for a cat tag and spay and neutering drive.
