if you do a search on the web for "us gold and silver" you will find the internet handle "facts reporter" posing as a satisfied customer of said store, posting a highly positive review. If you look at the reviews of "us gold and silver" here on port richey patch you will see where the owner of the company was caught using a fake name "diamond-4" to post bogus positive reviews of himself.

maybe if the owner of us gold and silver would spend a little time on customer service, instead of so much time making bogus internet personas to offset poor customer ratings, they wouldnt have a NEED for bogus reviews....

Alex no matter how you cut it silce it or dice it. Allowing the posting of slanderous false reviews by competitors does not help a buisness. Why should businesses be made to address false information posted about them. My customers are not interested in posting on Patch they post reviews on other sites that are more reliable and factual. As far as I am concerned you can take my buisness off your New Port Richey Patch site I don't need your site to host slanderous reviews on my company. My clientele are repeat clients and have been for over three years and I add daily to that repreat client list. All the internet does for a business is give them more aggravation addressing false postings when before the internet REVIEWS buisnesses did just fine. Take liars like your bobthe poster who hides his identity behind his user name to post lies on a company and slander. I reveiwed all the post made by this guy bobthe made on your site and all he does is run his mouth about multiple businesses and his rambling mouth is no where near what the true facts are. Tell bobthe to stop collecting welfare and get a real job. Maybe then he might know the real meanning of work instead of sitting on the computer all day posting lies for New Port Richey Patch. I suggest you find another way to get the New Port Richey Patch off the ground by using FACTS not LIES.

Facts ARE facts. I called all around town and you had the best buy price on gold. However when I got to your business you LIED about the then current spot price when I was selling you 4.5 ounces of bullion (you know, to augment my welfare check). Thats why you quote the best buy price in town. You can afford to when you buy based upon false spot prices. Thats the FACTS. you essentially admited as much elsewhere on the patch when you claimed I wanted to be paid full spot for my gold. Thats not the case. I wanted to be paid the discount back from spot you quoted me on the phone that resulted in me going to your business rather than any of the other local businesses.

If you want to sue me for slander, PLEASE do so. Nothing will make me happier. I would be pleased to defend all of my statements in court. But it will cost you money to do so. Thats even better than warning potential customers about you. Let me know when you have spent as much as I was ripped off by you, then I'll consider my job here done.

Again folks - don't just take my word for it. Look up us coin and gold on the web and you will get an eyeful. See for yourself. MAYBE all of the negative reviews of this guy are from envious competitors. MAYBE all of the rave reviews are legit despite at least 2 supposed 'customers' posting their reviews from the owners own computer. And MAYBE the tooth fairy really does exist! ;)
