A new place to take the family to for a meal or watch a football game with friends is coming to the Trinity area.
Trinity Varsity Club, a restaurant and sports bar, is coming to 3523 Little Road. That spot is the former home of Alli Gators Bar and Grill.
The business is shooting for a mid-March opening.
The Trinity Varsity Club is owned by East Lake resident Jody Mohlar, who also owns the East Lake Varsity Club, said Drew Bartlenope, general manager of the East Lake Varsity Club.
“What we do is we mostly deal with families,” Bartlenope said
The Trinity location is near Mitchell High and Seven Springs Middle. It’s also close to W. H. Jack Mitchell Park, where youth soccer matches are held. In addition, the restaurant is also right across Little Rd from Mitchell Ranch shopping plaza and around the corner from Medical Center of Trinity.
Varsity Club will have offerings kids and adults can enjoy. There will be arcade games and a menu for kids. There will be flat screen TVs and a bar for adults. The restaurant will host live music and karaoke
“It’s a good place where you can relax with your family and friends,” Bartlenope said.
The location will offer a similar menu to the East Lake Varsity Club, which has wings, quesadillas, burgers, pizza and other staples of sports bars and family friendly restaurants.
Return to Patch for more information as it becomes available.

4th visit , problem is not the food ,, its the wait staff, they are not helping to build your repeat business, no personality and lack of attention. Have yet to see a manage. best of luck want to see you succeed, but someone needs to take a close look as to why customers come back ,
