Today, we’re looking at the Reserve at Sea Forest in the New Port Richey area. Billed as Mediterranean-style waterfront luxury townhomes, the complex is located 6501 Sea Forest Drive.
Located right near Robert K. Reese Memorial Park, it was previously owned by the Reserve at Sea Forest, LLC. The agent for the limited liability corporation was Paragon Capital Partners, LLC, a Tampa-based company.
Sea Forest Reserve, LLC, was dissolved in 2010, according to state records.
The current owner of record is RSF Homeowners Association, c/o Sentry Management, according to Pasco County records. RSF Homeowners Association is based in Longwood, Fla.
What do you think should go in this space? Let us know in the comments section.

Being billed as "luxury" townhomes may be a problem. Can't we just have "nice" "affordable living" townhomes. Luxury designates to me, upscaled for the rich. Do we have that many rich? If so, why aren't they buying this housing?

I think there is a strong desire for high quality affordable units with boat docking ability (for a small monthly fee). Not high end and not bottom of the barrel but appealing to young professionals as well as snow birds. Low maintenance and nice amenities. Appealing to all!
