National Silver Alert is to hold its first on-site registration event at the "Fountains Fest" in Palm Harbor on Sunday Novemeber 11, 2012.

Time is of the Essence when individuals with Alzheimer's and other cognitive disorders wander off or become lost.  The National Silver Alert Program allows caregivers to store vital personal, medical, health and caregiver information that can be easily accessed in the event of an emergency.

This secure registration program was designed to assist law enforcement officers, hospitals and emergency responders.  This program is available to all individuals with Alzheimer's, Autism, Down Syndrome, or any cognitive disorder, regardless of age. 

The Fountains Fest is a free community event sponsored by the small businesses of the Fountains Plaza, 34824 US 19 North.  The event runs from 11:00 - 4:00 and will offer games, food, entertainment & prizes!
