I am a 16 year, Florida Certified elementary and math teacher.  It is my goal to prepare our youth to contribute positively to our society by being well-educated, capable, and moral individuals with Christian values.  Mastering basic life and survival skills is the foundation of my philosophy, since education cannot be enriched until children master the basics of math, reading, and writing.  In a one-on-one and small group setting, children will quickly excel at grade-level skills and possibly continue to the next grade level within one school year.  Our children are our future and I intend to teach them to embrace that power and responsibility.

While some of my students may need enrichment on the next grade level, others may need to catch up with their current grade level.  Each of these students will have his/her needs met.  Differentiated instruction is a mandatory skill for every classroom teacher.  With students on so many different learning levels, meeting every student’s needs is more challenging than ever.  I will work with students individually & in small groups using a variety of strategies to ensure success regardless of the grade level.
