DESCRIPTION:I am a 16 year\, Florida Certified elementary and math teache
 r.&nbsp\; It is my goal to prepare our youth to contribute positively to
  our society by being well-educated\, capable\, and moral individuals wi
 th Christian values.&nbsp\; Mastering basic life and survival skills is 
 the foundation of my philosophy\, since education cannot be enriched unt
 il children master the basics of math\, reading\, and writing.&nbsp\; In
  a one-on-one and small group setting\, children will quickly excel at g
 rade-level skills and possibly continue to the next grade level within o
 ne school year.&nbsp\; Our children are our future and I intend to teach
  them to embrace that power and responsibility.\nWhile some of my studen
 ts may need enrichment on the next grade level\, others may need to catc
 h up with their current grade level.&nbsp\; Each of these students will 
 have his/her needs met.&nbsp\; Differentiated instruction is a mandatory
  skill for every classroom teacher.&nbsp\; With students on so many diff
 erent learning levels\, meeting every student&rsquo\;s needs is more cha
 llenging than ever.&nbsp\; I will work with students individually &amp\;
  in small groups using a variety of strategies to ensure success regardl
 ess of the grade level.
