Every month Sunshine Christian Homes Auxiliary organizes a clothing sale in the Activity Center. All items are $1. This clothing sale is open to the public as well as its residents and doors open promptly at 1 p.m.
Donations of gently used clothing and accessories are accepted all month long, but no household items are requested.
The sale is organized by May Jessop and volunteers. Proceeds go to the Sunshine Christian Auxiliary to fund projects such as birthday and holiday parties for residents. “This last year we were able to purchase new chairs for our library with the proceeds,” added Ms. Jessop.
