Millsap is also owner of Sunshine River Tours, which offers boat tours of the Crystal River in Hernando County.

Millsap lives in the New Port Richey area.  He likes to dance with his wife and go to clubs with her. He opened Club Zhenya in January. He touts the club as something new in New Port  Richey.

“What we play here mostly is danceable music,” he said.

That music is spun by Luis Martinez, an experienced deejay who got his start in New York and now books gigs throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Millsap says businesss is slow right now, but he’s hoping it will pick up. He said his business is safe and secure and doesn’t allow drugs.

Millsap offers the club for private parties. He plans to hold teen dances but will be locking up his alcohol on those occasions and not allowing access to it.

He said he’s lived in New Port Richey for awhile and remembers when there used to be crowds downtown. He would like to help bring that back.

Right now, “You have the beginnings of a downtown boom,” he said.
