DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!
I took my son to this office for his first dentist appointment (he is 4). The first visit I went back with him and he got a cleaning (if you could call it that, she brushed his teeth for 2 seconds and flossed) and some x-rays. Then the dentist looks at his teeth very quickly, says he has 9 cavities(!!) and quickly left. They scheduled an appointment for the fillings the next day. I brought him in, waited for 45 minutes PAST my appointment time, and then when the dental assistant brings us back she tells my son to come with her while I wait towards the front. My son was clinging to my arm, and I told her I'd prefer to go with him, since he is ONLY 4 and this was his first time having dental work. She quickly (as if well rehearsed) spat out that I signed a form that said that my child would go alone for dental work. (There was a form, but it didn't say the child would be required to go alone, it said they prefer it, if the child is willing). She then told me if the dentist needs me to come back she would come get me. She then lied to my child, who was still clinging to me and told him she was just taking him back to check out the room and then they would come back and get me. They go back, and I sit and wait for them to come back and get me. They never did, so I stood to where I could see into the room they were in at the end of the hall until they were finished. (The woman who said I could not go back kept looking at me, obviously annoyed, as she assisted the dentist)

At the end of the visit, the dentist practically runs out of the room, and straight to the next patient. The dental assistant tells me they only did some of the fillings, and I would have to make 2 more appointments for the rest. When I told the receptionist about the first woman's rude demeanor, she asked what had happened. I began to tell her about how she had told me I could not go back with him, and the receptionist tried cutting me off to spit out the same thing about their office policy, to where I cut her off and said I understood but the woman had been rude. She said she would 'mention it'

I later called them and told them I was rather uncomfortable being forced to let my 4 yr old child go back alone so I would just like to cancel my appointments. They did not care at all, they just asked when my appointments were so they could be cancelled. Didn't offer to let me go back next time, apologize, NOTHING.

I have a suspicion this has something to do with shotty work, fraud, or a combination of the two. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! They are taking advantage of low income individuals. Take a look at some of the reviews on their other locations, HORRIBLE. A 4 year old cannot speak up for himself, and honestly it is scary that apparently a lot of very young children are getting procedures done all by themselves. I've never heard of a dentist who absolutely will not allow a child to be accompanied by an adult!! RED FLAG!!!!
