This is a notice of filing your bias and prejudice rulings denying my each and every motion I filed trying to collect my property Eric William Ferrier held in ransom and hostage in his residence after fabricating a lie accusing me of assaulting him.

This is a notice of filing to be on file in permanent court records, added to the notice of filing I filed in June 2010 when you ruled, against Florida Family Law I must say, that I should borrow money to pay $3,000.00 to my ex-wife for child support, when I was unemployed, broke, and stripped of everything I had by your colleague judge Mark Shames. This is a notice of filing added to that ruling which included your threat to prohibit me from filing in Sixth Judicial Circuit Court if I call a lawyer with a title he earned with flying colors 'A perjurer'. This is a notice of filing added to that ruling, in which your initial words when you first entered the courtroom addressing me were: I am aware of your differences with judge Mark Shames (differences I stand by till today as well as I stand by my differences with you and judge Jack Helinger) meaning 'wait and see what is coming to you'. This is a notice of filing to be added to that when you didn't bother replying to my motion requesting a perjurer lawyer be penalized for perjury enclosing a copy of his perjury. By the way, when judge Jack Helinger presided over my present case against Eric William Ferrier when you were not available for the hearing on Dec.04, 2013, he spent the 15 minutes allocated to that hearing talking about his differences with me during that divorce case in 2010 and 2011, and confirmed your order that I should list my over one thousand items that Eric William Ferrier is holding as ransom in his residence. When I asked judge Jack Helinger what would happen if I state I have 50 suits among other things and there turned out to be 49 or 51 suits, he hesitated and thought for a while, ignored the question and said 'That's all I can do', and proceeded to assert your ruling and deny my motion to collect my property. This is a notice of filing added to that order when you denied my motion for rehearing after you claimed in court of the divorce case in 2010 that you didn't know of my two motions filed five days earlier, and you denied that motion for rehearing saying it was without merit.

This is a notice of filing to emphasize your bias and prejudice rulings in continuing to deny every motion I file till today. This is a notice of filing to show you believed and adopted every lie the professional thief and liar Eric William Ferrier stated, and denied, and or insinuated I am lying, every claim or statement I made.

This is a notice of filing to show you have accepted and adopted Eric William Ferrier's claim that I have only two boxes left in his residence, denying my claim that I had over $70,000.00 worth of brand new clothes, purchased along months at Macy's, Dillard's and Nordstorm, to ship overseas to my brother who sends the finance to buy it for him, which, those brand new clothes, were packed in 12 suitcases and 10 suit garments. This is a notice of filing to show that, the only two boxes, as Eric William Ferrier claimed I had in his residence and you believed, turned out as eight suitcases and two suit garments witnessed by the police-as what they contained is a different story will be explained later in this notice of filing-.

This is a notice of filing that I picked up peacefully whatever is left of my belonging on Jan.14, 2014, could've been picked up complete and undamaged had you granted my first emergency motion for dismissal, or second emergency motion for modification, or third emergency motion for collection, and or any of the many motions thereafter for re-hearings, which you all denied and or stalled to set up another re-hearing, until 135 days of injunction were consumed. This is a notice of filing to state that collecting my belonging in the beginning after my first emergency motion could've run as smoothly and peacefully as it did after four and a half months of illegitimate injunction. This is a notice of filing to state that in almost every motion, emergency and or otherwise, which you denied all, I had explained to you that Eric William Ferrier is a professional thief and liar as his public record shows (DOB Jun.18, 1975 for whoever wants to check his record), and that was his plan in fabricating the lie, to get an injunction, then steal my belongings; what he can't steal, he would sell; and what he can't steal and or sell, he will destroy. This is a notice of filing to state that this is exactly what happened as a result of your bias and prejudice rulings.

This is a notice of filing to state that whatever I picked up on Jan.14, 2014 was: Eight suitcases of twelve, of which four were filled with my nine volumes of court divorce case and one volume of appellate court divorce case; the other four suitcases were partially filled with clothes old and new; plus two suit garments-of the ten- half full of what they did when I left Ferrier's residence; a box contained one shoe of each of nine pairs, when I had close to 40 pairs; All the above was left in the rain covered with plastic sheet which caved under the puddles that accumulated on top and ruined everything in the suitcases and the garments and the shoes, as witnessed by the escorting officer Kappa, except few items in one suitcase the rain did not reach.

Judge Walter Logan, after the judgments and rulings you have made against all fairness and justice, I wonder if those judgments and rulings make you:

1-An accomplice to a professional thief and liar?

2-An accessory to theft and perjury?

3-Both of the above?

4-None of the above?

This is a multiple choice question, similar to questions I used to get in school, college, and flying school. Although I knew most answers to those questions, but I don’t know the answer to this one. I am a little Indian ignorant litigant. You are the experienced lawman. I surely would appreciate it if you would be kind enough and let me know.

This notice of filing will be in the permanent record in your court. As well, this notice will be sent, for starters, to the following Dignitaries: Senator Bill Nelson- Senator Marco Rubio- (I will spare the Representatives of the House for now)- FL Governor Rick Scott- FL Attorney Pam Bondi- FL Supreme Court Chief Justice Honorable Ricky Polston- 2nd DCA Chief Judge Honorable Charles A. Davis Jr.- JQC Director Ms. Brook Kennerly. I will not copy Chief judge J. Thomas McGrady as I had promised him I won’t write to him again, neither judges Mark Shames and Jack Helinger, but you may send them one if so you wish.

I certify that everything I stated in this notice is true and correct to the best of my ability and knowledge under perjury of the law. This notice of filing is hand delivered to judge Walter Logan, and by regular mail to the above mentioned Dignitaries, this Fri.14 of Feb. 2014.
