Tom O'Neill, City Manager needs to step down!

If your unaware of the story of city manager Tom O'Neill, please search Port Richey, fl city manager dui and you'll get all kinds of info.  HE NEEDS TO STEP DOWN.  Spoke with his asst today and he is at work, business as usual.  The man obviously needs help, says he's getting it. That's fine, if in fact he is.  Not to many people are available for comment and if they are, the reply is "no comment".  He bosses are all enablers and denying the fact that, in my opinion, he is a full blown alcoholic and has been since the beginning of his position with the city of new port richey, fl some time ago.  If he doesn't have the guts or the scruples to step down, just imagine what  scruples he has to be city manager?  Step down.  I petition Tom O'Neill to step down (quit) and get some real help.  Port Richey, fl resident.
