13-Year-Old Breaks Into Home, Signs Work With 'Bloods' Tag
Pasco deputies say the boy took $500 worth of items from a home and left a message behind.
After a 13-year-old New Port Richey area boy broke into a home recently, he left an expensive note behind.
The boy took knives and pepper spray from the home on Tralee Avenue in Port Richey on July 7 and carved the word “Bloods” on the wall of the living room with something sharp, according to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
He also took off with $500 in loot, the report said. The carving on the wall equates to about $200 in damage, according to an arrest report.
Deputies found the boy in a vacant home with some of the stolen items. He told deputies he was a member of the “Bloods” gang.
The boy, whose name is being withheld by Patch, was arrested the day of the crime and charged with burglary of a residence and criminal mischief, according to the report.
