Cops: Man Hit Girlfriend After She Caught Him Cheating

Adam St. Valle's girfriend told deputies he hit her and put a knife to her throat.

A New Port Richey man accused of attacking his girlfriend remained behind bars July 22.

According to an arrest report, Adam St. Valle told a Pasco County Sheriff’s deputy his girlfriend, who is also the mother of his son, attacked him after she found him having sex with another woman.

The girlfriend said that as soon as she saw St. Valle, he attacked her. She told a deputy he hit her in the face and at one point held a knife to her throat.

She showed the deputy she had teeth missing and said it was from the attack.

St. Valle told deputies his girlfriend attacked him and injured his sex organ.

St. Valle's son confirmed to deputies that he saw his father start beating the woman immediately after she caught him having sex with someone else.

St. Valle was charged aggravated battery and booked in to the Land O' Lakes jail. He remained there July 22 in lieu of $5,000 bail.
