Man Accused of Sex With 13-Year-Old
Pasco deputies say he also gave her drugs and alcohol.
A man was arrested Thursday after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say he had sex with a 13-year-old girl, whom he also provided with marijuana and alcohol.
According to a Pasco County complaint affidavit, the victim reported that she was "engaged in a relationship " with Brian Patrick Silliman, 29, of 5215 Spikehorn Drive in the New Port Richey area, between September of 2010 and February 2011. During that time frame, Silliman gave her alcohol and marijuana and had sex with her "several times."
A witness reported seeing the teenager naked in bed with Silliman at his residence.

Silliman was 26 and the girl was 13 at the time of the offense, the report stated.
Silliman was charged with lewd and lascivious battery. He was released from the Land O' Lakes jail on $10,000 bond.
