A New Port Richey area man was accused recently of using a semi-automatic air gun to threaten his neighbor.
Robert York, 40, got into an argument with his neighbor on Adare Drive Aug. 4, according to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
York went to retrieve a gun. The neighbor later told deputies York pointed the gun at the neighbor and said “I’m going to put a hole in your head.”
York, of 7202 Adare Drive, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was released from the Land O’ Lakes Jail after posting $5,000 bond.
