Unlicensed Telemarketers Arrested

The telemarketers worked for Jessica Narcovich Security Consultant.

Two West Pasco residents were arrested Monday and accused of telemarketing without a license.

Gabriella Rossi, 38, and Michelle Raforth 54, were working at Jessica Narcovich Security Consultants, 7115 U.S. 19, New Port Richey, as the business was undergoing a regulatory inspection Monday.

Authorities found that the two were working at the company as telemarketers, and neither had a telemarketing license. The two were working in violation of Florida statute.

Authorities investigated 11 complaints at Jessica Narcovich Security Consultants between 2010 and 2011, according to state records. Rossi had been issued a cease and desist order not to telemarket by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services last year.

Rossi, of 6423 Illinois Ave, Apt. 5, New Port Richey, and Raforth, of 5932 Sun Glo Ave., Port Richey, were arrested Monday and each charged with soliciting without a license. They are each in jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
