Woman Arrested After Calling 911 to Find a Place to Urinate

She claimed to be lost in the woods, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

A Pasco woman faces weapons and drug-possession charges after she called 911 for help, of sorts.

Marcia Lee Usher, 32, of Hudson, called 911 because "she was lost in the woods and did not know where to urinate," according to a Pasco County complaint affidavit.

A deputy responded to a residence at 13209 Midvale Avenue in Moon Lake Estates and found Usher "intoxicated and drinking an open 16-ounce can of Budweiser" and holding a cooler on her shoulder, the report stated.

When the deputy asked to look in the cooler, Usher complied, and said there was a gun and a knife in it. The deputy "immediately located a loaded .22 Beretta handgun on top of the beer," according to the report.

A records check showed that Usher does not have a concealed weapons permit, the report stated.

A strip search at the Land O' Lakes jail "yielded a small metal vial containing methamphetamine residue" in her jeans pocket, after two warnings that she would face further charges if she was concealing more weapons or drugs, according to the report.

Usher faces charges carrying a concealed firearm, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest without violence and introduction of contraband. She remains in jail on $15,000 bond.
