Early Stats: Pasco Voter Turnout Tops 53 Percent at Midday

Republican voters have overwhelmed voters from other parties so far.

More than half the registered voters in Pasco County cast ballots by noon Tuesday, according to unofficial statistics from election officials. Those ballots include those cast today, during early voting and from absentee voters.  

Early numbers on the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections website show that voter turnout topped 53.6 percent as of noon today. 

The total number of Pasco voters who cast their ballots as of noon was 166,371.

Registered Republican voters have outnumbered voters from other parties. The elections website shows the following amount of people who cast ballots:

  • 72,451 Republicans
  • 58,361 Democrats
  • 35,559 Other Party
