Pasco Businesses Nominated For Prestigious Award

The Pasco Economic Development Council has released its list of nominees for the 2013 Industry of the Year Awards. The award will be presented at the EDC's 27th Annual Banquet on September 4.

Each year, Pasco EDC solicits company nominations in the categories of manufacturing, service, technology and nonprofits who are operating in Pasco County, according to a press release from the EDC.

The nominees are interviewed by members of the EDC's award committee using a specific scoring scale.

Winners will be announced at the banquet, which be held at 6:00 p.m. on September 4 at the Saddlebrook Resort, 5700 Saddlebrook Way in Wesley Chapel.
