Gulf High students hits the streets for homecoming Friday.

Hours before the big game against Hudson High, students rode floats or marched in the annual homecoming parade in downtown New Port Richey.

The parade started at Orange Lake and thencountinued southbound on Grand Blvd. Some students dressed as superheroes. Some threw beads. Fun, school spirit and activity were alive and visible downtown.

Hudson smashed Gulf 30-0, but the celebration of school didn’t end. Adults continued the celebration of school spirit at the second-ever Alumni Invasion reunion event.
