Pasco Teacher Evaluations Changing

Pasco County is working at changing their evaluation method for teachers to be more balanced.

Teachers in Pasco county will have have some changes in the way they're evaluated in the next school year, according to an article from Bay News 9.
Part of the plan is to change the criteria for the "Highly Effective" rating, which only 3.6 percent of teachers attained.
A team of teachers is working with the district to add input to what should be included in the evaluation overhaul.
A decision hasn't been made yet, and a plan will be shown at a future meeting.
