Dr. Rudy A. Panganiban office is concerned with one thing only - money. I have been a patient for 4+ years. I had an appointment yesterday - Wednesday 12-19-12 and upon arrival I was told I could not be seen unless I came up with 180.00 + 50.00 - I mentioned it was Christmas and I had no prior notice of this bill. I offered to pay 150.00 and the balance the next time I came in - after making a phone call to their bean counter the office worker informed me it was ALL or NOTHING. I found this to be a bit strange as a black man just left the counter after hearing he owed 120.00 and he was allowed to pay 50 and be seen. I have been a patient for years and I had paid cash when I was out of work but I simply didn't have it - apparently this practice is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and to hell with taking care of the patient - the treatment I am on cannot just be cut off - so if I have a heart attack this staff is fully responsible and my wife will be filing with our attorney. I advise anyone to avoid this practice as they are only concerned with the well being of their bank account and care nothing for the people they say they serve.

The staff could be a little better in their customer service department. Dr Rudy is great! He takes the time to listen to you and try to get a plan together. I love that they don't have these machines that answer your call and redirect you multiple times before getting a real person, YOU ACTUALLY GET A REAL PERSON THE 1ST TIME YOU CALL!!!
