The party store in The Arcade Building is one of my favorite local treasures. It's a huge choice of balloons, and much better quality than at the supermarket or drugstore. And they charge less than half, so it's silly to to get balloons any place else. They do full service designing mostly, but I wish people realized they can also stop by for just a couple balloons, get a great deal and feel a lot better about the money they've spent.
