@larry - "As much as I don't trust any Government Agency, the Government needs to sterp in and take over this company!!!"

Um, that is the problem. The government DID step in and take over the company - Aloha. I had crappy water at $11 a month. The government stepped in and took over with FGUA and now I have crappy water at $60/month. More letters about my crappy water's eColi content than when it was Aloha. I could show you some lovely pictures of the water that comes out of my faucet. I don't drink it - but I do shower with it. God save me. You can thank your re-elected Senator Mike Fasano for leading the charge. When government is involved the problem doesn't get better - it gets BIGGER. The cost is only starting to go up...big plans for a better system, blah, blah, blah. And have you driven by and smelled it. Nice.

This Company (and I use the term very loosely) is one of the biggest ripoffs I have ever encountered!!! The biggest porblem is that the consumer has ABSOLUTELY no other option. This outfit is very aware of this fact and every complaint is met with the same replay!!!
"You must have a leak" As much as I don't trust any Government Agency, the Government needs to sterp in and take over this company!!!
