BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR STRUTS AND REAR AIR RIDE SENSOR TO CORRECT A TILT IN THE REAR $1800.00 LATER MY VEHICLE IS STILL LEANING AND RALPH TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO MAKE THE CORRECT REPAIR, THE LEFT FRONT STRUT HAS THE SAME NOISE PROBLEM I TOO WAS REFERRED ONLY TO FIND OUT THE REFERRAL DIDN'T REALLY KNOW THE BUSINESS ONLY THAT RALPH HAD ASKED FOR REFERRALS.

AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF....charged a 300% mark-up on parts and i have proof with (3) price quotes from Autozone: Autoparts International: Flammer Ford Dealer. Here is the comps: 2003 ford van upper ball jnts...@Autoparts Int ($15.08 ea) @Autozone ($17.99 ea) @Flammer Ford Dealer ($48.51 ea) Ralphs price...$89.88 ea. YOU KNOW HE DIDNT GET THEM FROM DEALERSHIP same quote differences on prices for lower jnts and outer tie rod end,,,a job that should have cost about $350.00 to $400.00, he charged me $997.76,,,..THE KICKER IS...I CAME IN FOR A BRAKING PROBLEM AND THAT IS NOT FIXED AT ALL....HE ALSO DID AN UN NEEDED (nor asked for) OIL CHANGE FOR $27.00 !!!! THIS GUY IS AN ABSOLUTE CROOK...hey,,,if you dont believe me, send me your email address and i will send you actual downloaded copies of all these quotes and a copy of his bill..my email is:gariana2@verizon.net.....AND I WAS REFERED TO HIM BY A FRIEND OF HIS AND MINE...talk about throwing him under the bus!!!!!!!!
