Terrible. Awful.
Refused to give us balances owed when asked, in spite of state law mandating that they do so...
Repeatedly lied to us about payment amounts...
Collected late fees for late payments, but added those payments on to the back end of the contract, increasing it from 18 months to 2 years total... without ever telling us that the contract was being 'extended' every time we made a late payment...
