Retired Pasco County Maj. Maurice Radford is getting ready to take his campaign for sheriff public. Radford’s supporters and those who want to learn more about the man who would be sheriff are invited to attend a kickoff party this Friday, March 2. The party takes place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, 14136 Seventh St., in Dade City. “It’s for supporters who want to come and help us get jump started,” the 50-year-old Wesley Chapel resident said. Radford, a Republican, filed his campaign paperwork with the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Office in mid-February. When Pasco County Sheriff’s Maj. Maurice Radford abruptly retired in September, his future plans were unclear. That’s not the case any longer. Radford, a Republican, has filed paperwork with the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Office, announcing his intention to run for sheriff, according to the Supervisor's Office website. Do your homework and realize Nocco has no business of being in office. So it is right for Nocco to be in office because of his lobbyist wife?
