Sassy O'Shea's Opens at Ramada Inn

New pub invites patrons to grab some sass.

There’s a sassy new pub in West Pasco, and it's in the Gulf Harbors area. Sassy O’Shea’s Irish Pub and Grill is in the Ramada Inn Bayside at the corner of U.S. 19 and Marine Parkway. It opened earlier this month in a waterfront building it shares with the Ramada lobby, and its tag line on its website is "Grab Some Sass!" “We offer fun and great service, and we offer great Irish food on top of it,” said Jerry Higgs Jr., a head chef. O’Shea’s serves some Irish staples like bangers and mash and corn beef and cabbage and also Irish drinks, but that’s only a small part of the menu. It also serves wings, personal pizzas, seafood and chicken dinners. Higgs is planning an expanded menu. The pub also has live entertainment and offers karaoke. Sassy…
