She’s officiating a group wedding ceremony on the steps of the Pasco County Historic Courthouse in Dade City on Valentine’s Day. This is the fifth year O’Neil has offered the group ceremony. "The tradition of marriage and the historic atmosphere of Dade City are a perfect match for a momentous occasion and a new beginning," O’Neil said previously.
