Update: Shananigans is the best place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, according to New Port Richey Patch readers. This established earned 91 of the 133 votes cast in this week’s poll, handily beating second-place winner Malone’s Irish Pub. *** St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and lots of people like to get out and celebrate the occasion.
