COR Total Fitness is a fully operational fitness "community" with everything to offer! Our health and fitness center comes equipped with free weights, cardio equipment, machine weights, Group exercise classes (Zumba, pilates, yoga, boot camp, killer cor, aquafit, step, etc. all included in membership or $5 dollars per class for non-members,) a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, daycare center, tanning, hair salon, skin care, chiropractor, car detailing, Laundry and dry cleaning services, badminton, Horseshoes, sand volleyball, a cafe, guest speakers, special events and breakfasts and lunches free for members twice a week. We have something for everyone because we have pretty much anything you can think of (and then some!)

We open Monday at 5:00am and remain open 24 hours until Friday at 10:00pm

Saturday 7:00am - 8:00pm
